First Real Estate Companies
POSITIVELY VEGAS!
To Kevin Buckley and Pamela Junge, business partners in First Real Estate Companies, Vegas is more than just a town where they do business. “This city is our home, our beloved community where we’ve gone to school and raised our children. Las Vegas is family” states Kevin Buckley, Broker and Managing Member. Buckley since 1977 and Junge since 1988 have served the commercial and residential real estate needs of buyers and sellers in the Las Vegas community. “We couldn’t be more proud to be a part of the many transformations this town has made over the years,” Buckley continues.
As a full service real estate firm dedicated to the community and the people who live in it, the professionals at First Real Estate Companies have been an integral part of the growth in Las Vegas since 1980.
A graduate of Bishop Gorman High School and a former police officer with Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, Buckley is no stranger to the inside scoop in Las Vegas. His relationships and community involvement have led him to represent such old school Las Vegas clients as, The Estate of Howard R. Hughes, Bank of America in their acquisition of Valley Bank for their real estate portfolio, Thomas & Mack, as well as the Mirage in their purchase of the Dunes property where the Bellagio now stands. More recently, he is involved in various urban revitalization property purchases and leases assisting Las Vegas in making huge strides towards a new and hip downtown area. Junge, a Las Vegas native and graduate of Clark High School cut her teeth in real estate at 19 years old. Her knowledge and understanding of the marketplace is unsurpassed with her background in the title and lending industries, and then as a top agent at Liberty Realty until she broke out on her own as a top residential Realtor
®. Junge was accredited with being the youngest person in the nation to receive the coveted CCIM designation at the age of 23, and she’s never looked back.
The story of First Real Estate Companies began when Buckley and Junge partnered their respective expertise in 2004 with Junge in the residential market and Buckley in the commercial market. Between them they have closed billions of dollars in real estate transactions with their unique and intimate knowledge of the community as well as their solid relationships with property owners, business owners and prominent developers.
No matter the triumphs or challenges the often turbulent real estate market has brought, this dynamic duo attributes their success and sustainability by never losing sight of their clients’ needs. To the professionals at First Real Estate Companies, each transaction is a monumental turning point for their clients. Whether the purchase or sale of a first home, the beginning of a new business venture or an entire commercial neighborhood revitalization, First Real Estate Companies recognizes the PEOPLE who are behind these significant occasions. Junge adds, “It’s what we do every day that allows us to bring our valuable expertise to those who are often wading through unchartered waters. We aim to be true partners with our clients no matter the size of their transaction.”
It’s that caring mentality that is entrenched in the entire organization at First Real Estate Companies as they continually give back to the Las Vegas Community they love and serve.

As a company, the staff and agents participate annually in a Teddy Bear Drive, gathering hundreds of teddy bears that are donated to first responders to share with children involved in traumatic events. This year, agents and staff participated in a Rose Regatta Boat Race at Lake Las Vegas to raise money for Breast Health Services at St Rose Dominican-Dignity Health.
The Gateway to Downtown
First Real Estate Companies recently acquired a building that was built in 1956 on Alta Drive near the Las Vegas Historic District. They are in the process of remodeling this vintage gem for use as their new home office as “The Gateway to Downtown” where they hope to serve the needs of clients looking to buy, lease or build in the growing downtown Las Vegas area, an area that Buckley still lives near since his childhood.
